  3. A heterosexual individual who is not into using condoms whenever they have sex with someone who might also be at risk of having HIV, those with partners or those who are engaged with injection drugs, but not involved with an HIV negative individual in an equally faithful link.

The CDC has been offering PrEP givers with sustenance that helps in making sure that those under the regimen will conform to it as close as possible, they will always be something to deal with by the agency.
